As a clinician at Ethos Wellness River North in Chicago, Illinois, Anna approaches her clients with respect, empathy and dignity throughout the therapeutic process. Utilizing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy, coupled with mindfulness techniques, Anna works with her clients to help them achieve their goals.  Anna has experience working with adults with co-occurring substance and behavioral health issues, as well as with clients who suffer from chronic pain, grief, bereavement and adjustment to illness. 

Anna earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Chicago Crown School, where she attended a program of study specializing in third wave and contextual behavioral therapies. During her masters program, Anna worked as a research assistant for Professor Harold Pollack and was the recipient of the University of Chicago Clauson Scholarship. She also holds a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care. 

In her personal time, Anna enjoys exploring the city, traveling, cooking and spending time with her Dog, Po.
