Adrienne DiRaddo-Feehan

PMHNP-BC · Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Adrienne is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She is licensed to provide psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, medication management and psychotherapy. Adrienne focuses on in-depth mental health evaluations, integrative psychiatric consults and treatment, medication management, and prescribing medicine as needed.

Adrienne works with a wide range of mental health issues and always practices trauma-informed care to fully support her patients in moving through challenges at a safe, effective pace. She approaches treatment holistically, believing that medication is only one aspect of person-centered care. She incorporates current alternative therapies that are evidence-based, focusing on complementary practices such as meditation, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, supplements, and coordinating care with psychotherapists. To achieve this, she enjoys working collaboratively with therapists, clinicians, families, and other healthcare providers to achieve an integrated approach to client care.

Adrienne uses longer consult times to really get to know her patients and properly understand complex situations and the right approach to treatment. Her psychiatric evaluations and intakes are 75 minutes and cost $285 and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and cost $200.

Adrienne attended undergraduate at Vanderbilt University and worked in clinical neuroscience research. She then returned to the university to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing degree at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Adrienne began her career as a PMHNP in her hometown of Houston, working in a mental health crisis clinic affiliated with a large hospital system.

She relocated in early 2017 to Austin, and continued working in psychiatric crisis respite, recovery, and residential services to help clients stabilize, maintain safety, receive crisis counseling, and get connected with local resources. This work further established a passion to address co-occurring disorders and substance abuse, knowing that mental health affects us all, regardless of cultural beliefs, values, race, gender, age or socioeconomic status.
