At Ethos Wellness, we believe exceptional care begins with deeply supported clinicians.
The Ethos Institute was created to cultivate thoughtful, skilled, and connected mental health professionals through immersive training, meaningful supervision, and collaborative learning.
Across every level of training, our approach is rooted in relationship, curiosity, and whole-person care. Whether just beginning your clinical journey or advancing your specialization, the Institute offers a space to grow, both professionally and personally, within a community that values both excellence and humanity.
All training programs include consistent, weekly clinical supervision to ensure ongoing support, reflection, and development. We partner with universities across Texas and beyond, as well as McGovern Medical School, to provide a rich continuum of training opportunities for clinicians at every stage.
Our practice serves children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals, couples, and families, across both our intensive outpatient and outpatient programs.
Training grounded in authentic connection, mentorship, and a psychodynamic foundation with integration across modalities.
Consistent, individualized supervision across all programs to ensure ongoing reflection, skill development, and support.
Learning alongside and within a diverse team of experienced clinicians, psychiatrists, and program directors.
Ongoing access to staff development, didactics, and specialized training opportunities throughout each program.
Our Master's-level internship offers a rich, hands-on learning experience within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Interns are fully integrated into the Ethos community and are invited to learn not only through doing, but through reflection, mentorship, and connection.
Each year, Ethos Wellness prepares a cohort of Master's-level interns by providing the opportunity to work under the clinical supervision of one of our program directors in conjunction with an experienced team of clinicians. We partner with many universities across Texas as well as outside the state.
This experience is designed to build both clinical skill and professional identity, and often opens the door to continued work with Ethos Wellness after graduation.
Applications open in February each year for 2nd-year Master's level students. University of Houston GCSW students should follow standard GCSW Marketplace guidelines and procedures.
