At Ethos Wellness, our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) offer a critical level of structured therapeutic care designed for individuals facing moderate to severe mental health issues, without requiring 24/7 monitoring or inpatient hospitalization.
Our IOPs bridge the gap between residential care and weekly outpatient therapy, providing an intensive yet flexible pathway to healing, stability, and long-term well-being. To find out which track fits, you can contact our admissions team.

Clients receive 10 to 15 hours of weekly therapeutic care in a supportive, structured setting. Programs are flexible, with day and evening sessions available and both in-person and virtual options, making it easier to maintain work, school, and home life while receiving care. Current group days and times are posted on the Houston group schedule and the Austin group schedule.
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a step-down level of care designed to provide comprehensive treatment while allowing clients to maintain their daily responsibilities. These programs address emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and personal growth through a combination of group and individual therapy, psychoeducation, and skill-building. IOPs offer a balanced approach that combines structure with flexibility, enabling clients to stay engaged in their lives while receiving the robust support they need.
Ethos Wellness provides two tailored programs focused on distinct needs. One serves individuals managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. The other is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles for clients struggling with intense emotions and unstable relationships.
