Mark Fleming

Mark Fleming is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S) who specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He has lived and worked in Austin since 1999. Mark earned his Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin in 2005 and his Master of Social Work from Texas State University in 2012.
Before joining Ethos Wellness, Mark served as both a therapist and later Program Manager for the Intensive Outpatient Program at Seton Shoal Creek Hospital, where he provided treatment in a structured, skills-based setting for individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns. Throughout his career, he has worked across a variety of behavioral health settings, including hospital-based programs, emergency departments, and community mental health agencies, giving him a broad understanding of supporting clients with diverse needs across multiple levels of care.
Mark is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based treatment. He believes therapy is most effective when it combines practical skills, genuine collaboration, and a supportive therapeutic relationship. His goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and create lives that reflect their values and personal goals.
As IOP/OP Program Director for Ethos Wellness in Austin, Mark leads the intensive outpatient and outpatient programs. He sees clients in person at our Austin office and through virtual care across Texas.
