Lisa Franks

Lisa Franks is a dedicated mental health professional with both psychodynamic and DBT experience in the field. She earned her Master of Social Work degree in May 2021 from the University of Houston and completed her LCSW in May 2024. Her career began as a licensed therapist on outpatient and intensive outpatient teams before advancing into leadership roles including Director of Operations, Director of Business Services, and Executive Director.
Prior to social work, she spent nearly 20 years in careers spanning marketing and graphic design, teaching, managing her own photography business, and counseling students dealing with issues such as abuse, trauma, and disability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of North Texas and her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work.
Lisa continues to see clients, ensuring she remains connected to the core mission of the organization. Her empathetic approach and her commitment to integrative care have made a significant impact.
