Kimberly co-facilitates Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Groups, using the skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and works with both adult and adolescent clients. She earned her undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 1999 and her master's in social work from the University of Houston in 2000.
Her career includes eight years in hospice care facilitating bereavement groups. Kimberly integrates DBT and CBT methodologies to help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
