Kelsi is a warm, experiential therapist known for deep emotional attunement and a curious, welcoming, non-judgmental presence. She integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, relational psychology, and ancient wisdom traditions in her therapeutic work.

She works with individuals, couples, and groups to address the root causes of suffering and break free from the addictive patterns, behaviors, beliefs, and substances we use to manage, escape, or soothe emotional distress. Her focus areas include complex attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational, prioritizing the creation of a safe and nurturing environment. She utilizes evidence-based experiential, humanistic, holistic, and psychodynamic methods.

Kelsi is sex-positive, kink-allied, and affirming of both non-monogamous and traditional relational structures, as well as LGBTQIA+ affirming, respecting diverse identities and relationship values.

She is passionate about the transformative power of group therapy and facilitates interpersonal process groups that emphasize emotional awareness and relational resilience.

Kelsi holds a Master's in Counseling from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin. She previously spent 25 years in political and corporate advocacy.
