Her therapeutic style is empathic and rooted in strengths-based models that integrate Solution-Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She integrates a holistic approach, working collaboratively with clients to explore the intersections between presenting concerns and their broader system. She emphasizes that change can happen rapidly and guides clients one step at a time through individualized sessions.
Kendalle holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University (APA Accredited). She has 8 years of counseling experience across private practices, university centers, community centers, and inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Personally, she enjoys dancing, puzzles, traveling, cooking, and time with friends, family, and her dog Shiloh.
