Licensed Professional Counselor Dianne Keel recognizes the courage it takes to seek counseling, and it is her desire that her clients find a safe space in her office that provides opportunities for healing and personal growth. Her objective centers on helping clients apply therapeutic insights throughout their lives so they face the world with increased hope and optimism, and find purpose and fulfillment.
Dianne works with life transitions, anxiety, parenting and relationships of all ages, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and grief. She employs person-centered approaches alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and additional modalities. Her training encompasses CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, Birkman Certification, ADHD, grief, anxiety, mindfulness, child-centered play therapy, and Theraplay.
She holds a Master of Counseling from Houston Baptist University, a Master of Early Childhood Education from Samford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Psychology from the University of Alabama.
