Following an undergraduate degree in finance from Texas A&M University and a successful career in finance, Dr. Torn was inspired to pursue her master’s in mental health through community involvement and working with one of the nation’s largest residential summer camps. Her extensive involvement with children and families opened her eyes to the growing need for expertise in the field. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Wake Forest University before going on to pursue her doctorate at USC, all while raising her five children and providing leadership and clinical services daily across our Ethos healing centers.
