Kimberly Roth, LMSW

Group Leader | Clinician at Ethos Wellness

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Ethos Wellness Prism and Woodway, Christy co-facilitates Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Groups, utilizing the skills of Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In addition, she works with both adult and adolescent individual outpatient clients. By integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into individual and group therapy sessions, Kimberly strives to equip each person seeking help with effective tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, envisioning a brighter future for all.

With a solid foundation in social work, Kimberly completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University in 1999, focusing on children and families, and earned a master’s degree in social work (LMSW) from the University of Houston in 2000.

Personal experiences with loss led Kimberly to a dedicated eight-year career in hospice care,
where she facilitated bereavement groups and provided compassionate support to patients and their families during end-of-life transitions. Her most recent passion is to assist children, adolescents, and their families in navigating immediate crises, managing long-term mental health challenges, and resolving everyday family dilemmas, with the aim of providing hope and fostering resilience.

Outside of her professional life, Kimberly cherishes time spent with her family—her husband,
18-year-old daughter, 14-year-old son and 3 lively dogs. As a family they lead an active lifestyle
filled with sports, friends and travel. Cooking and entertaining for loved ones are among
Kimberly’s greatest joys, bringing fulfillment and balance to her life.
