Director and Clinician at Ethos Wellness Woodlands

Are you feeling disconnected, unloved, disrespected, or betrayed?  Have you tried having important conversations only to feel unheard and hurt?  Do old wounds or trauma keep threatening your relationship?  Do you seem to have the same fights over and over?  Are you afraid it may be too late already?  There’s real hope even when you feel hurt, angry, and hopeless.  Healing relationships, trauma, and easing your sadness while fostering joy, peace, and deepening intimacy is the focus of my practice.

I help couples and individuals to heal previous wounds and rebuild trust while creating a deepening friendship and emotionally intimate, joy-filled marriages and relationships.  I stay focused on your goals and on the root of your relational struggles to develop lasting results without wasting your time and with a comforting style that combines my 39+ years of clinical and executive-level business experience which includes clinical training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, The Gottman Method, a two year post graduate psychodynamic psychotherapy program, and Clinical Social Work.

Tad is Director at Ethos Wellness – The Woodlands and Clinical Fellow at Ethos Behavioral Health Group.  He helped found ‘A Future and a Hope Ministries’, a non-profit providing affordable, faith-based mental health services.  Tad and his wife have been married for more than 38 years, are parents to an adult daughter and son.
