The Prism Center was founded by Martha Fontana, LCSW, and built a reputation for thoughtful intensive outpatient care in the Houston area. That foundation lives on. Our Cypress clinic is the former Prism Center, and it remains a home for the same focused, relationship-centered treatment.

The former Prism Center is now our Cypress clinic in northwest Houston. The doors are open and the location you know has not moved.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) continues, with the same focus on helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, depression, and the everyday struggles that get in the way of functioning.
Care remains grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, the same methods Prism clients knew, now supported by a broader clinical team.
As part of Ethos Wellness, clients now have access to a wider range of services across children, adolescents, and adults, including therapy, psychiatry, and psychoeducational testing.
