Licensed Professional Counselor Dianne Keel recognizes the courage it takes to seek counseling, and it is her desire that her clients find a safe space in her office that provides opportunities for healing and personal growth. Her goal is for clients to take what is learned in this work and apply it to all areas of their life, enabling them to face the world with increased hope and optimism, as well as find purpose and fulfillment.
Specializing in life transitions, anxiety, parenting relationships of all ages, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), relationship difficulties and grief, Dianne practices from a person-centered approach and uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities as needed. She has training in CBT, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, the Birkman Certification, ADHD, grief, anxiety, mindfulness, child-centered play therapy and Theraplay.
Outside of work, Dianne enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends, being involved with her church and practicing yoga. She also loves traveling, hiking, reading and attending the theater, and she is always excited to learn and experience new things.
