Taylor specializes in co-occurring mental health and substance use issues and has worked with clients in various stages of recovery from alcohol and other drugs. She approaches this work from a harm reduction perspective and aims to meet each person exactly where they are in their process. Additionally, she enjoys connecting with young and emerging adults who are navigating life transitions or managing ADHD, anxiety and related issues. As an adoptee herself, she finds it extremely fulfilling to work with other adoptees and people impacted by adoption. Taylor approaches her clients with compassion, humor and candor as she supports them in their journeys toward health, happiness and well-being. In her free time, she loves to practice lettering, travel to new places and get active outdoors in any way possible.
