Suzanne completed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas and received her Master of Arts in Psychology degree from Houston Baptist University.

Suzanne counsels clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues (such as codependency and Sex and Love Addiction). She provides a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. She was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) by Behavioral Tech and has done advanced training in The Meadows treatment model, among others, of trauma recovery.

In addition to providing individual and couples therapy, Suzanne facilitates adult DBT skills groups and an IOP program that teach coping strategies such as mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance. She believes that self-compassion and acceptance are important components that empower and restore a sense of balance and wholeness.
