Jackie Silvers

Admissions Coordinator, Ethos Wellness

As an assessment coordinator for all Ethos Behavioral Health Group Texas healing centers, Jackie Silvers assists with new patient inquiries and helps schedule and facilitate assessments in order to determine the best possible treatment and level of care.

Jackie has been a Registered Nurse for almost 40 years, the majority of that time spent working in the psychiatric/mental health field. She started as a staff nurse and was quickly promoted to charge nurse of an acute, 37-bed unit. From there, she transferred to the emergency room as the psychiatric intake nurse of a major hospital center in Mobile, Alabama for seven years. While in Alabama, she volunteered with Healthcare for the Homeless. Working with less fortunate people has always been her passion.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jackie says she misses having 4 seasons, steamed crabs, and family. She was recruited to Texas to work in the admissions department at The Menninger Clinic, where she received several accolades for her excellent customer service—a reflection of her love for helping others.

After a brief six months at The Right Step Houston, Jackie joined Ethos Behavioral Health Group to work for her former manager at Menninger, Ethos’ Director of Admissions Ashley O’Brien. Jackie is proud to work for an organization that genuinely cares for their clients and goes that extra mile to provide care with collaboration, integrity, and compassion.

When not working, Jackie enjoys spending time with her life partner Michael and her two rescue dogs Frizzy and Roo.
