Clinician at Ethos Behavioral Health Group

Dana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy services to individuals, couples and families. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to create a safe space for fostering hope, growth and self-discovery. She understands the unique developmental challenges that come along with being an adolescent, tasked with developing a sense of who they are, or a young adult, trying to choose what path to take in their career. Dana takes an individualized approach to therapy and meets each client where they are on their respective journeys.

With experience assisting clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, life transitions, grief, relationship distress and trauma, Dana draws from various treatment modalities including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy in order to meet each client’s unique needs.

Dana graduated with her bachelor’s in political science from Indiana University and completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She went on to complete a post-graduate fellowship in adult psychodynamic psychotherapy with the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies. Dana also has prior experience in school settings, utilizing play and talk therapy with elementary and high school age students.
